    If you think camping is not comfortable, think twice as Divine Namibia provides a high quality equipment with a dedicated chef to prepare all your meals and a camp manager that assist you in every way you need to make your stay unforgettable.

    The wild camping trips are made from 8 to 14 people and as a logistic for 2 to 3 vehicles.

    Landcruiser passengers (4x4)

    This vehicle can take 10 people comfortably.

    • 12 volt USB charger for phones in each seat,
    • 220 Volt available to charge cameras or small 110/220 Volt devices.

    Landcruiser logistic vehicle (4x4)

    This is the following vehicle to set up all the camping equipment prior your arrival into the wild.

    • Large safari tents (2.5 x 2.5 x 1.8m)
    • Water bassin for each tent
    • Showers & toilets
    • Mattress & sleeping bags, pillows
    • Gazebo, chairs, tables
    • Kitchen items and food
    • 2 big fridges

    1 extra passenger vehicle for 4 people fully equipped (4x4)

    OUR TENTS:

    All our tents are strong, made in Canvas with 2 windows and 1 main entrance with zip specifically made for the outdoor in Namibia.

    They are waterproof and mosquito and insect proof (if you keep your tents close !) 

    They are spacious and made for 3 persons but organized for 2 people inside with comfortable mattresses and pillows.

    You can bring your own sleeping bag or rent one in advance. 

    There is a light inside the tent and a small basin outside on stand to keep your toiletries.

    Toilets and hot showers are available at the campsite. However water is limited as we are in the desert and carry our own water most of the time. 

    ENVIRONNEMENT:

    The place we have carefully selected are in the wild and we have all a responsibility to keep them clean that nothing is left behind. 

    The Government of Namibia has recently voted a law that forbid plastic bags into protected area to reduce our print and pollution into to pristine nature. 

    Please be aware that we will collect all your garbage as we will dispose them in appropriate place.

    Safety

    For all our expeditions and specifically in the wilderness, safety comes first: from our drivers to the smallest details, everything has being thought and experienced very carefully.

    We have installed on each vehicle a Safety Protocol and procedure that included :

    • Satelite phone with search and rescue important numbers in case of emergencies.

    • Complete first aid kit

    • Vehicle recovery kit

    • Satelite tracker  (Our office follows us along on our tracks and can reach us at any time anywhere during our trip.)

    Health insurance for Namibia

    It’s advisable to get full travel insurance that includes medical coverage for your Namibia vacation. Make sure that your medical insurance covers you for medical evacuation, as well as any adventure activities you may want to do, such as skydiving, hiking, mountain climbing, sand boarding and quad biking.

    What should I bring with me for my trip ?

    During your expedition, comfortable and casual clothing that you can wash and wear is recommended while on safari. Muted colours are best for game viewing or during walks to be in color with the surroundings. Morning could be cold as well as evenings depending of the time of the year. Coldest months from June to August.
    The most practical items to pack for your Namibia safari are:
    • Clothes in khaki, green, beige and neutral colours
    • Long-sleeved shirts that offer protection from the sun.
    • T-shirts
    • Shorts or a light skirt
    • Jeans or safari trousers for evenings and cooler days
    • Jackets and sweaters for early morning and late afternoon walks( light materials clothing, no heavy jacket.
    • A lightweight waterproof jacket in case of rain
    • Swim and beachwear.
    • A rechargeable head torche.
    • A isotherm water bottle 1 l
    • A microfiber towel
    • Small bag of wipes.
    • Small medicine bag
    • Small toiletries bags
    • A bini ( for cold evening ).
    • Comfortable walking shoes, one pair of shoes only.
    • Sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, insect repellent, moisturiser and lip salve
    • Small binoculars and camera equipment
    The luggage allowance on the vehicles is limited to a maximum of 15kg which includes your hand luggage ( small back pack ) so please bear this in mind when packing. Soft bags only, no hard suitcase !
    Most lodges and camps provide a same-day laundry service for your clothes. During your expedition, you will be able to wash your clothes few times.
